This Highland firm sells hand-reared salmon to restaurants, retailers and distributors in the US, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and Japan. Started in 1977, it was bought by four of its original staff in 2006, including Gilpin Bradley, 53, who is managing director. It feeds its salmon wrasse and lumpfish to keep them healthy and avoids using antibiotics. Investment in social media has built the brand and connecting with new customers helped exports grow to £8.9m in 2016.
