WFCA offers a range of services, recently adding a media planning and buying division to advertising, design and direct-marketing operations. The company was founded in 1996 by John Washington and director John Cristal, who were joined by chief executive Michael Richards in 2002. Sales have grown 85% a year from £2.6m in 2003 to £16.6m in 2006.
