Building on 20 years of experience in the catering industry, husband and wife Andrew Wilson and Carolyne Vale aim to provide first-class food to people at work. Their catering management firm helps clients source quality food from local suppliers and provides training for their catering staff. Formed in 2002, it now has 40 contracts with clients ranging from the law firm Wragge & Co to the Cotswold Conference Centre. The Leicestershire company has grown sales 144% a year, from £357,000 in 2002 to £5.2m in 2005.
