Profits rose to £6.7m in 2012, following the acquisition of marketing services business Loewy in 2011 in an all-share deal, and sports and leisure PR firm KTB in 2012. Private equity investors Veronis Suhler Stevenson and ABRY Partners hold a combined 30% stake.
