The company says it works for 21 FTSE 100 companies and several public-sector organisations, with clients including Barclays, Boots, Coca-Cola and the Department for Work and Pensions. Xantus was founded in 2000 by managing director Steve Watmough and fellow director David Yip. It was established with £300,000 of seed capital. Sales have grown 86% a year from £2.3m in 2005 to £7.9m in 2007, when the company made a profit.
