Fast Track 100

The car parks of supermarket giants Tesco and Morrisons are home to this company’s bodywork repair pods, which resemble drive-through carwashes. Bodywork technicians can repair dents and scratches in the time it takes customers to finish their shopping. The first pod opened in Chesterfield in 2014 and another 40 have since popped up across the country from Glasgow to Bournemouth, with plans to open 30 more next year. Run by managing director Craig O’Shaughnessy, 45, and serial entrepreneur Karl Durham, 49, who owns it through a holding company, sales hit £5.6m in 2019. The company attracted a £4.5m investment from American business angels this July, and plans to expand into the US next year.
