Yorkshire Water is the largest of the businesses owned by Kelda Group. Under chief executive Richard Flint, 50, the Bradford-based business provides water to more than 5m customers and 130,000 businesses in Yorkshire. In December, two of Kelda’s investors, Corsair Capital and Deutsche Bank, which together own a majority stake, were reportedly exploring a joint sale.
