Fast Track 100

Founded by Sean Taylor, 52, and Nicholas Moriarty, 50, Zip World has three activity centres in Wales, which draw 4,000 visitors a day. Its attractions include bouncy nets in caves and a zipwire that it says is the world’s fastest, reaching speeds of over 100mph. Last year it acquired Tree Top Adventure, a firm set up by Taylor in 2007, for an undisclosed sum. Sales reached £7.2m in 2016, and it opened a pop-up zipwire in London last summer. In 2018, Zip World will start work on an adventure hotel near Snowdonia with a giant slide and an underground cave.
