The 21st annual Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 awards dinner was held as an interactive virtual event on 15 October 2020, with Ben Francis, co-founder of Gymshark interviewed by Oliver Shah, business editor of The Sunday Times, and a keynote from Kenny Wilson, chief executive of Dr Martens.
Our 162 guests heard from our speakers about how they are managing their companies during the pandemic, planning for growth in 2021 and investing for the long term. Oliver Shah led a Q&A from our guests.
Guests then took part in small, virtual breakout discussion groups, sharing their thoughts on the challenges and opportunities presented by the pandemic.
All companies on the league table received an award certificate, and sponsors presented 5 special awards for excellence.
The event was co-hosted by Hamish Stevenson, founder of Fast Track, and by our sponsors, BDO, Santander and UBS; and our media partner The Sunday Times.
