The 16th annual Sunday Times PwC Top Track 250 awards dinner was held as an interactive virtual event on 17 November 2020, with keynotes from Lord Karan Bilimoria, president of the CBI and founder & chairman of Cobra Beer, and Jo Malone, founder & chief executive of VetPartners.
Our 240 guests heard from our keynote speakers about opportunities for growth. John Collingridge, deputy business editor of The Sunday Times led a Q&A, including questions from our guests.
Guests then took part in small, virtual breakout discussion groups, sharing their thoughts on the challenges and opportunities presented by the pandemic.
All companies on the league table received an award certificate, and Oliver Shah, business editor of The Sunday Times, presented the top company award to Turner & Townsend.
The event concluded with a further breakout discussion session, on the theme of Covid-19 as an accelerator for positive change. It was preceded by a talk from Humphrey Cobbold, chief executive of PureGym.
The event was co-hosted by Hamish Stevenson, founder of Fast Track, and by our sponsors, PwC, Lloyds Bank and Trowers & Hamlins; and our media partner The Sunday Times.
