Creating our first sales app and using an iPad to deliver it.
What has been your worst business decision?
Not attending the final interview for Renault’s graduate recruitment programme when I was 23.
Which business leader would you most like to share a meal with, and why?
Richard Branson. An incredibly diverse career, a huge amount of experience, coupled with a failure or two.

Apple. For a hardware manufacturer to deliver the margins they do, it is testament to the value of great design. The passion generated as a result is incredible.
